Cancellation Guidelines & Timelines
- ✦You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched by emailing hello@vymabeauty.com with your order number.
- ✦Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Please contact our team for assistance.
- ✦If a cancellation is approved for a prepaid order, the eligible refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
- ✦If VYMA cancels an order because the product is unavailable or the order cannot be fulfilled, any amount paid for that order will be refunded as applicable.
- ✦Any cancellation charges, where permitted, will be disclosed clearly and applied consistently with applicable law.
